PMN Partners is pleased to announce that Daniel Petrache, our Managing Partner, contributed to the Bloomsbury Professional / Hart Publishing volume “Recognition and Enforcement of Non-EU Judgments”, edited by Tobias Lutzi, Ennio Piovesani and Dora Zgrabljic Rotar.
The book brings together 21 national reports and provides a comparative, practitioner-oriented overview of how EU Member States approach the recognition and enforcement of judgments from non-EU jurisdictions, including the interaction with the Brussels Ia framework and the 2019 HCCH Judgments Convention.
Daniel Petrache’s contribution, co-authored with Ramona Cirlig, covers the Romania national report, outlining the relevant legal framework and highlighting practical considerations that arise in cross-border disputes involving judgment recognition and enforcement in Romania.
At PMN Partners, we routinely handle complex, cross-border contentious matters and enforcement-related strategy and we are glad this work can serve as a practical reference for both academics and practitioners working in international litigation.
